Writer. Speaker. Activist.

Debanuj DasGupta is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and the South Asia Studies Initiative at the Ohio State University. Debanuj’s research interrogates racial regulation, queer immigrant activist narratives, and queer/crip futurities. His work interrogates the multi-scala incursion of borders within US private sphere, along with trans/border travel of LGBT rights rhetoric. He has worked for over 16 years across two continents in the “civil society sector.”
